Hoop Dee Doo Reservation Question

My wife and I are thinking of going to Hoop Dee Doo in June and were looking at making a reservation online. We are not on the Dining Plan and will be paying out of pocket for the meal.

Three quick questions...
- If we make a reservation and it charges our card, are we able to cancel (and be refunded) if we decide not to go?
- Are we able to change the reservation to another date with no additional fees?
- How does our annual pass discount get applied?

I made a reservation for 7 people for August and used my Tables in Wonderland Discount. You have to call on the phone to make reservations with discounts (407) 939-3463.
The CM that takes the reservation will give you the cancellation policy. I think it may have been 48 hours.
When they announced the Halloween party dates I had to move our date from Friday to Thursday. Called in and she just changed the date on the reservation in about 2 minutes. No fees or cancelling and recharging required.
 
There is a 1 day cancellation policy for a full refund. You’d be able to cancel your reservation, get a refund, and book for another date.

I don’t have any information about annual pass discounts.

We book online, and then go to the guest window next to the show at Pioneer Hall on the night of the show to apply our discount. Takes about 2 minutes. They are very knowledgeable. As PP said, you could instead book by phone and ask for the discount to be applied in the first place.

I believe, as @BillFromCT stated, it is a 48 hour cancellation - 2 days, not 1 day

used to be 48 hours not the day before had to do it once the dinner show are different from regular ressie which is night before

Not sure if the policy has changed but I made a reservation in February for an upcoming show and this is the cancellation policy that was sent in my confirmation email:

- There is a 1 day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged / forfeited if Guest cancels within 1 day or no shows for the reservation.

1. As long as you cancel before the cancellation deadline your card will be refunded the whole amount. If you fail to cancel and then no one goes to the dinner show you forfeit the entire cost of the meal & show.

2. You can change your reservation if there is availability for the new date. There is no additional fee. However, tables are assigned based on when you make your reservation so changing the date or show time will put you further back in the assignment queue.

3. When you pick up your tickets most castmembers want to see the AP and will then refund the discount to your card. Sometimes the phone reservation CM will do it, but not always.
 
I just made a reservation for this upcoming July.

10% discount for AP holders @ HDDR.
Not sure if the discount is only applied for the late show as happens with TIW holders who get 20% off.
