Friday is the day I FINALLY get to make my ADRs. Before I run off and grab an ADR for Hoop-Dee-Doo and Princess Storybook Breakfast I want to hear from everyone 1 last time what they think of these 2. Give me the good and bad. The one Im really worried on is Princess Storybook Breakfast. For DH and I, it will be $70 including tax and tip. And I dunno but $70 seems like A LOT of money just for breakfast. I wouldnt mind paying that much for dinner, because its dinner, dinner is supposed to be expensive, but breakfast? Just seems like a lot of money to get almost the same food I could get at another character buffet just with other characters and not the princesses. Compared to Crystal Palace, Ohana and Donalds, each of those are around $40 including tax and tip and you get more food and its $30 less! Yes we will be doing CP, Ohana and Donalds. Do you think maybe we should just save the money and do another breakfast? Also need to mention that the only reason why I thought about doing Princess Storybook is so we can get really good pics on the way there of world showcase, being able to get pics of the princesses without having to stand in a 2 hr line and also we would be doing this breakfast on the morning of our anniversary, so I figured it would be OK to splurge a little on breakfast for that morning. So please do tell me the good and bad for Hoop-Dee-Doo and Princess Storybook Breakfast and tell me if its really worth the money Im about to blow on these 2 meals.

I'm not sure where you are getting your prices, but the Princess breakfast is $22.99, which is only a few dollars more than the Ohana breakfast. So I wouldn't let the price be the deciding factor when both are practically the same.

That said, I really like the HDDR. Its a fun dinner show, and something different than your standard sit-down dinners. The Princess breakfast is nice if your interested in seeing the princesses. I took my 4yr old niece there and she loved it, and was able to get great pictures.

Disney is adding the photo package to the Askerhaus meals staring in late April. The normal price is now about $29 for an adult and the high volume price is $33 for an adult.

Thanks Hootch, I was not aware of that.

I have not done HDD so I cannot comment on it. We have done PSB on our last trip it was 1 of only 3 meals we were dissapointed in. The other 2 being Mama Mia's (horrible experience) , and Chef Mickeys. It fall in the same category as CM it just is not a great experience. There are so many better places to eat breakfast. The food was OK nothing out of the park. The character interaction was not wonderful either, other than Belle when you first walk in. She was wonderful. The others we enjoyed meeting them in the parks and at CRT more. I just was not that impressed. If you asked me if it was bad I would say no, it just was not up to the standards as the rest of our meals at Disney. The only way I would go again is to go see Ariel in the blue dress, but that is only at lunch if I am not mistaken. We would only being going for the picture with her as it is the only place you can really find her. If that helps at all.

We did the Princess Breakfast with the 2 nieces and it was so worth the money, the kids had a great time and the food was good but no way would I pay that money for just DH and I, I would rather go to Kona....

I just noticed you booked CRT as well. You will enjoy CRT so much more. I really would not worry about PSB it pales in comparison to say the least...
Nevermind I just saw you are doing dinner. lol.
