Hoop dee doo - level 3 question

One of our group visiting in August has some mobility issues. We've got a reservation at Hoop dee do for a balcony table. Does the restaurant have an elevator up to the balcony level. It must......right?

from my trips no elevator but most times they have a table for a couple to sit in the back might have to split some of group. ps you didn't ask but there are steps at each of doors. there is a special door in Trails End that gets you into the Hall without steps. just to let you know confused me the first time

Thanks I forgot about that . My bad I may be able to go to Cat 2...…….I'll need to check with Disney.

there is a door thru Trails End but it is confusing then first time but it does work. the times I have gone never seen any one taken first for extra time as those were sent in TE not into the Hall and i am one who needs extra time

The first time we did Hoop, one of our party members was in an electric wheelchair type thing. They line people up who can’t do stairs on the ramp into Trail’s End. They let all of us in before the crowd. This was years ago but I’d be surprised if the procedure has changed; having ecv’s/motorized chairs/wheelchairs navigating through the dining room would be nearly impossible once people are let in. There’s very little room between chairs.
