Hoop Dee Doo and birthday

I am planning on getting one of the special cakes for this show. I haven't been to the Hoop Dee Doo in years and can't remember what they do. Do they sing or do they just do a group thing where they just mention your name? What do they do if you have one of the WDW cakes delivered? Two of us will be celebrating and I think my kids will love this.

It's been a few years since I've been, but I seem to remember them having a part where they single out all the birthdays, anniversaries, honeymooners, but I don't remember anything specific about cakes. I would think that you could arrange a cake to be delivered to the table. After all, Disney is all about making things magical, right? I'm sure someone will chime in with a little more recent knowledge than me.

My DS will be turning 6 on the day we do the hoop de doo, so I am wondering too.....although judging from other reviews, I doubt we will have any room for cake at all.....I am actually thinking of having a cake for breakfast - DS would think that is a blast. Anyway, I hope that there will be some recognition of his special day at the hoop de doo, especially since we are cat. 3 seating....

I think I would like to do Cat 1 or 2 for this. I want to have a great night. I guess no one has had a cake done and delivered here? Do they still have the hayride near the Hoop Dee Doo?
