Not necessarily the "same" boat, but, yes there are shuttle boats that operate connecting Ft. Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, and MK.

Also shuttle boats that operate connecting Ft. Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, and the Contemporary.

Yes you'll have to take the internal bus if you do that. We planned HDDR on the same day as MK, so all we did is hop on the boat and go over. It was just a short 2 minute walk to HDDR. Was nice and easy.

The busses are efficient, but the system is confusing. The boat will be far less stressful.

Totally agree with going to Magic Kingdom and then taking the boat over. Although if you do take the internal bus, the bus drivers, in my experience, have been very helpful with getting to where you need to be.

I agree that taking the boat over will make it far less stressful. It is right there as you get off and you will have no problem finding it! We loved Hoop-dee-doo! Hope you all have a great time!

We took a cab to the Wilderness Lodge and then the boat to Fort Wilderness, as another poster suggested and it worked out perfectly. We explored WL for a bit, had a beautiful, relaxing boat ride, and then a very quick walk to Hoop Dee Do. Loved Hoop Dee Do. Have a fantastic time!
