Is it possible to have reservations at the 5:00 Hoop Dee Do and then make it to the 9PM Fantasmic show? If so, what would be the best strategies to get there?

The show will wrap up around 7:00, so you'd have two hours to get there. There should be buses to resorts and/or parks after the show. If there isn't a bus to DHS, grab one heading for Boardwalk area resorts and you'll be fine.

That is a great Idea and take the boat from Boardwalk to DHS.

Is it possible, yes. Depending on what time of year you are going and how many times F! is playing that day and durring your stay you may not get a seat.
