Just went to my first Hoop de doo and I have to say, give me Bob at The Port any day. I enjoyed the Hoop but I think Bob's show is much more fun and interactive, plus it's free!!! Anyone else agree?

Yikes - that's a tough call. We love them both but I think going to see Bob is like going to visit and old friend. It does not matter how many times we have seen his show we just keep going back for more and they just keep getting better and better!

I enjoy both! Can't go wrong with attending both on the same trip. They are different enough that you don't feel as if you're doing the same sort of thing twice.

HDDR for 2 dining credits or Yeehaw Bobs.....?

No question here, Yeehaw Bobs for sure for free....& even if I did have to pay...YeeHaw Bob would win... 1 of the great perks to POR

I have heard about "Bob" but we have never seen him. What time could my family catch his show and where is he located?

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. You're comparing apples to oranges though. Of course HDDR isn't free- you're getting a 3 course meal and beverages plus an entertaining musical comedy review. We've been enjoying this show for decades now.

This is not to say that Yee Haw Bob isn't a great entertainer! His show is a wonderful way to pass part of an evening. But we've never made a point to travel to POR just to see his show. We certainly try to catch it if we are staying there, though.

And I'm not sure that liking one precludes liking the other.

He's in the lounge at POR. Usually at like 9 or so, I think..

We try to go see Bob EVERY trip. What a fantastic night. I love the Buffet at the POR or Turf Club at SSR and then we finish with Bob's show and make it a night.

You didn't see one because there isn't one at POR. They must have been thinking of a different resort.

Bob is wonderful, we never miss him. There is no buffet at Port Orleans or I would have found it!!! ;)
