looks like i posted this in the wrong forum to begin with! i'll try again!

Hi all, first post, and probably in the wrong place, so feel free to move it if need be mods,

My other half and i are getting married at the wedding pavillion in 3 weeks time, and i have a couple of questions regarding this that im sure you guys will be able to help with,
(1) We have booked the hoop de doo show after the ceremony (oct 10th) and are planning to head over to it mob handed, well 15 of us, via the boat, is this going to cause problems with wedding attire still on? being Scottish i will naturally still be wearing my kilt! and my new manager :rotfl: will still have her wedding dress on!
(2) We have been to the world in October already, a few years ago, i distinctly remember being able to walk onto most rides with little or no waiting in line, Is this normal for the time of year? are the parks usually quiet in the first 2 weeks of October? or did we just get lucky last time? and we will have 90 minute lines this time!

P.S if you happen across a guy wearing a kilt on the 10th, feel free to say hello!

thanks in advance for any info!

i dont think there is an issue using disney transportation in your wedding attire. however i would call hddr & verify its ok to wear wedding attire to your adr/meal better safe then sorry. also make sure your reservation has a note its your wedding dinner.

unless free dining is going on you should have small crowds & a great trip.
congratulations on your wedding, hope you have a great trip!

We will be there too for our 12th anniversary on Oct 10th. We will be looking for you.........................LOL

HI,
Congratz---We're getting married the day before you at SBP :goodvibes ---( im sharing you stress :thumbsup2 )
You might want to call and check about the dress, We,ve found that they can be very strict about wedding attire. Most resturaunts seem to be fine, its usually just the parks that have the problem but I would check to be safe.

As far as the lines this time of year, they are great. We go this time every year so what you experianced on your last trip is spot on.If you can try MNSSHP its alot of fun and all the rides are basicly walk-ons.

Hope your big day is great.

You guys are right, we really do need to check before we get there! we would look pretty stupid getting turned away at the door! thanks for all the replys, its been a great help!
MATTinNH hope you have a great day fella. fancy an impromptu stag night up I drive the night before your big day? :rotfl:
