Hoop-de-do. Can i leave car and get bus back?

Hi
We're staying at SSR and going to Hoop-de do.
I would like to have a couple of drink but hear that its hard to get too.
Would it be poss to drive over and then get the bus/boat back to SSR.
I can then go in the am and collect the car.

Has anyone done this?
would it be easier to get the bus both ways?
any advice......

We are staying at CSR. My plan (unless someone tells me a better one) is to take the bus to MK and then at MK catch the boat to FW for HDD. Then afterwards, take the boat back to MK and catch the bus to CSR. Hopefully the buses will still be running after the 9:30 HDD. It will be the same night as Night of Joy and that lasts till around midnight, I think, so I am hoping there are still buses running!

You will be fine, if the park is open the boats and buses will run.
To the OP if you are going to the first two shows, do as the PP said and get to MK then boat from MK to FW. If you are going to the late show and the MK is closed by the time the show is over, there will be buses waiting just outside Pioneer Hall to get people back to their resorts. The buses will serve several resorts so make sure to ask the driver as you board the bus.

I don't think its just the late show...I frequently stay at FW and I often see buses waiting to take HDDR guests straight back to their hotels after the show.

BTW little know fact...everyone always mentions taking thebus to MK and the boat to FW.

But did you know that the bus from MGM to FW lets you off at the settlement bus stop closer to Pioneer hall? Also less walking because when you get off the bus from your resort to MGM you just transfer to the bus to FW, instead of walking from the MK bus stop to the MK boat dock.
