Honorary Citizen badges?

Just wondering if City Hall has Honorary Citizen badges or stickers for first time attendees? My good friend is coming with us in 08 for the first time, and I wanted to get her something like that (I know DL has them) since she's never been.

If you are looking for something free, check with guest relations.

If you don't mind spending a few dollars, You can get her a guest of honor badge personalized. ( Just a note that some people may think she is a CM)

You can get it at the shop next to days of christmas in downtown disney, there are locations in most of the parks as well.
