So I'm reading this link on my msn homepage this morning about "Disney World Dining Finds/Secrets," and there's a blurb about a special dish at Flying Fish called "Hong Kong Fish." Apparently, this dish is not on the regular menu and has to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
"It's off the menu and has to be ordered at least a day ahead, but the Hong Kong Fish is a terrifically fresh local yellowtail snapper, coated in tempura batter and fried whole. There's even a chef's counter in the kitchen so diners can watch the action."
Does anyone know about this dish firsthand? Sounds like something we would enjoy for our anniversary dinner.
