Hi all!

My fiance and I are considering having our honeymoon at Disneyland. Ideally, we'd like to spend 2-3 days at Disneyland and California Adventure, 1 day at Universal Hollywood, and 1 day at SeaWorld San Diego. We were also thinking of booking a "mini" Disney Cruise. This year we saw that they are having some that leave from California, go to Mexico for a day or two, then come back up. I had a few questions regarding this honeymoon idea:

-First and foremost, does Disneyland offer any honeymoon packages similar to what WDW offers? I did a brief search online but didn't find anything straight off.
-Secondly, Does anyone know if there will be any cruises for 2-3 days going to Mexico from CA at all in 2016? (or if not, what do you think the likelihood will be?
-And lastly, anyone who has ever been to Universal Hollywood or SeaWorld San Diego- is one day enough?

P.S. Random question somewhat unrelated but perhaps someone will know the answer: If I'm having an escape wedding and one of my guests will be 1.5 years old at the time of the event, will she count in my guest count?

Thanks so much!

No, and they don't really have them at Walt Disney World either, so you're not missing anything! I mean, you could buy one of the top-of-the-line dining packages at WDW that includes other activities, but there's no honeymoon-specific package. And Disneyland doesn't have any dining packages at all.

Yes for Universal Studios. If Wizarding World of Harry Potter is open when you go, maaaaybe you'd want an extra day, but there's not a whole lot to do there otherwise.

Guests age 2 and under don't count toward the total.

No honeymoon packages. But with the activities you want to do (theme parks you want to visit), look into a Southern California City Pass. Check Costco to see if they have discounted ones, but here is the information:
http://www.citypass.com/southern-california

Southern California CityPASS is the only multi-park pass that includes the 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket with Magic Morning for Disneyland® and Disney California Adventure®.

Also includes one-day admission to both Universal Studios Hollywood and SeaWorld San Diego.

Right now, it's $334, which says it's a savings of 25% off admission prices.

-Secondly, Does anyone know if there will be any cruises for 2-3 days going to Mexico from CA at all in 2016? (or if not, what do you think the likelihood will be?

In October, they have 2-day cruises to nowhere, out of San Diego. I'm going on one in October 2015. I know they had it in October 2014 so they may have it in October 2016 as well.

It depends on the time of year as well that you're looking at.

-And lastly, anyone who has ever been to Universal Hollywood or SeaWorld San Diego- is one day enough?

Yes, one day is enough for both parks. If you go on a weekday, the lines are better (shorter) so you shouldn't need to splurge on a front-of-the-line pass.

For both Sea World and Universal Studios I would consider more of a day and a half for both. I have been going to both Universal Studios and Sea World yearly for the past 28 years. For DCA and DL, 2-3 days for both parks works fine.

Like everyone else has said, there is no comparable offers that DL has that WDW does not.

There are cruises that Carnival offers that goes in and out of Port of LA. I have been on one of them. It goes from the port to Catalina to Ensenada, then a day at sea and back. So anywhere from 3-4 days. I don't know if Carnival has there 2016 schedule up. But they do offer cruises in and out of the Port of LA.

I would not include the little one in your guest count. In my wedding I think there are going to be between 5-6 little ones under 3 running around. My wedding planner told me not to include them in my guest count because they will be on their parents laps during both the ceremony and the reception.
