Day 13 11th of November More universal? Yes please!
After sleeping in, getting up late, and getting breakfast at dennys we wandered down to the Harley shop to take a look at the jackets there. I wasnt over enthused with most of them and the ones I did like were $400!!! So I decided to skip it.
From here we caught a taxi to universal and got there around 11:30am ish. We immediately grabbed fast passes for the mummy as the park was VERY VERY busy. People everywhere plus it was raining for 5 minutes every 45 minutes or so, making rides very crowded.
We then went and re rode BTTF. Unfortunately we got in the car with a very very well built fireman from new york so our lap bar was 1 foot from our laps. Needless to say we got thrown around A LOT but it made it very fun. Form here we rode our fast passes on the mummy and then went back to hit up men in black.
Once again we made use of the single rider line and it was great. We rode it about 6 or 8 times. Only once did we actually end up on different cars even though we were in the single rider line. And I managed to get my top score up to a whopping 763,697. by now it was about 2:30pm and we decided to leave the park early.
However on the way back out of the park I stopped in hard rock and bought my leather jacket hehe. $150. what a bargain. Apparently the vault is currently closed due to hurricane damage so they are selling this years merchandise off cheaply. However if you ask me it shut because its next to the dilapidated Mercado and wasnt making money. None of the Mercado looked damaged and when we passed the vault no workmen were ever there. Plus the building looks fine. Anyway I digress.
We caught a taxi back to the hotel and went for a dip in the pool. It was lovely. The clouds had cleared and the pool was heated. We goofed around in the water for about an hour and a half before heading back upstairs.
We then walked up I-drive to pizza hut. Ordered a 30% extra large which was only $9.99 as we figured the left overs would make a good breakfast before Disney. However I made the mistake of drinking 4 mnt dews very fast and eating 5 slices of pizza. So by the time we got back to the hotel I felt most ill and light headed from the caffeine. Ended up awake till 2am feeling sick and weird. But im ok now *twitchs*.
