Honeymoon Resort

Deluxe would be wonderful, however budgets don't always allow. I've only ever stayed in Values, so I upgraded a bit to POR for our honeymoon next summer. I hear that POR is a very nice resort for honeymooners that are looking for something less expensive.

We stayed at the Beach Club for our honeymoon and loved it! We loved the theming of it and its close proximity to Epcot and DHS.

I think the most critical part is understanding what your budget is, and go from there. For example, you might be able to stay in a deluxe with a garden view room versus a moderate in a preferred location for not much more. However, if you can afford TPV in a CL room in GF, that needs to be considered as well. I've stayed at the GF several times, and will be going back in February, I've also stayed at BC and YC and they are quite nice. Personally, I'd recommend staying in whatever the nicest room you can afford in Epcot, as that is such a great location for an adults only vacation. Just keep in mind the magic of Disney, when you get there whatever money you planned in spending disappears quickly -- it is very easy to upcharge everything there!

Have you looked at pictures of CSR pool and resort? I know it's a MOD but the pool is amazing! it's like a MOD/Deluxe. It is a very beautiful resort for the cost if your budget won't allow a Deluxe Resort. It worth checking into.

Well we narrowed it down to BC/YC or AKL. AKL is way cheaper but BC has so many pros, like walking distanced to 2 parks and the boardwalk not to mention our wedding location, and its pool is unbeatable. Our budget is slowly getting away from us for the wedding and all the little extras though. So its hard to tell if its worth the extra money

Who knows, you might be able to get an offer for your dates?

AKL can be pretty cheap (close to moderate rack rate prices) during -30% offers...

BC/YC are never "cheap" but if you can save 100$/night...
