Honeymoon Must-Do's

I have a few just married pin from Disneyland. My friends sister works in Disneyland park and got me a few a while back. If you don't mind wearing a Disneyland button in Disney world i'll send you a set.

If you celebrate Christmas, pick up an ornament. Hopefully, they will have some that mark the occasion. If not, you can get one personalized (if they still do that) to reflect your wedding date or honeymoon. You'll enjoy it for years and you will love getting it out each year. Congratulations!

I can't believe they've stopped the 'just married' badges! We are honeymooning in August and I was so excited about wearing them.

The biggest highlights of our honeymoon were:
-Stay at the Poly (be sure you splurge, if you can, & stay at your dream resort!). We stayed club level, so we were extra pampered :)
-Go to the Hoop De Doo Revue-it's not romantic, per say, but it is tons of fun!
-Eat at a very romantic restaurant. We ate at the CA Grill, during Wishes. It was really romantic :cloud9: We also ate at San Angel Inn, at a table overlooking the "river."
-Plan to spend at least one day not in the parks. Sleep in, book a late breakfast ADR, resort hop, relax on the beach or by the pool, etc...

One thing I wish we had done was book one of the backstage tours.

We had our honeymoon in 2009! Not a lot of people know Disney has a honeymoon registry where your wedding guests can "buy" you things to do in WDW on your honeymoon as a wedding gift! You can register for anything in WDW, dinners, tours, events, etc. Then people can just buy those things through your online registry.

With that being said, our must do's and fav's were a horse drawn carriage ride at Port Orleans, the Photo Pass package (the photographers have a lot of fun poses for you if you wear your pins/ears), the Dolphins in Depth tour at Epcot where you get to sit in the aquarium with the dolphins and teach them tricks and give them hugs and such, surfing lessons at Typhoon Lagoon, and a romantic dinner somewhere (we went to Shula's and Yachtsman Steakhouse). :-)
