Honeymoon is kind of ruined!!!!!

Oh my god we have had a nightmare!!

We got a call from the travel agent yesterday saying our tour operator has changed our flights but they are willing to fit the bill for two extra nights in jamaica! wel you are prop saying whats wrong with that! We booked this back in april and have since booked everything round it!! So we have booked a reception venues here in the uk and a church for the 20th sept well the flight would get us in on 21st!!
So i spent 2 hours in the travel agents yesterday trying to sort it nothing and another 3 hours this morning!!! the tour operato was no help and gave us nothing for all the comprimises we now have to make!

Our itinery was 28th aug 14 nights coronado springs fliying down to jamica on the 11th and then home on the 18th 1 connecting flight and leaving and returning the same uk airpot.

No instead of jamiaca we have to go orlando- miami-cancun then we are staying in secrest capri in playa del carmen and on the way home we have to do cancun to miami and then back to a different uk airport!!

We are not happy and feel our honeymoon is slighty ruined now!

Oh no - that is terrible! It seems like there should be someone higher up you can talk to and get this straightened out. I think there are some UK law students on this board, like Summer-Caitlin? Maybe they can advise you on your recourse.

that really stinks! maybe you could call the owner or manager of the tour company and see if they can help at all!

The owner is Richard Branson not sure if you would know him but he is massive over here! So I dont think I would get a phone call near him

i have heard of him, he has that daughter they wanted to marry the prince right? well, if i were you, i'd write a nasty letter just the same. someone in that organization has to care!
