Hello,
my wife and I are going on our (delayed) honeymoon this June. We were married last Aug. but we are both teachers, so school years got in the way ;).
Anyway, we will be staying in the AKL from 6/10-6/16. Here is my interary that I working on using the Unofficial Guide. I'd like some first hand advice to help make this a memorable trip.

Day 1(F): Arrive at approx. 9:30
AK (following UG afternoon plan-starts at 1 pm)

Day 2(Sa): DisneyQuest (my wife and I both love video games)
MK (following UG Starlight touring plan)

Day 3(Su): Epcot (UG sunrise TP)
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show (if reservations can still be made :confused3 )
Pleasure Island

Day 4(M): MK (sunrise plan)
Fantasia Gardens minigolf (we both love mini golf too!)

Day 5(T): Typhoon Lagoon
Epcot (sunset TP)

Day 6(W): MGM (1 day TP)

Day 7(Th): Blizzard Beach
Winter Summerland minigolf
anything else we like to revisit
Departure at 7 pm.

Obviously not every minute is built in, so that we can shop, etc. We have the meal plan, so we've picked restaurants that make sense for where we will be at (I'll spare you those details).

My only question (for now) is in regards to the water parks: The UG says going at night can be "charming" and that crowds may not be bad. How late are they open, and are crowds really better then?

Thanks so much for any help you can give! I've been reading posts on here for a while, so I know that you all can be very helpful.
:wave2:

First of congrats!
I noticed you didn't leave time for MGM? Was that on purpose?
I also noticed you are doing 2 water parks. If MGM was a missed by mistake you may want to skip one water park and do MGM instead. Just a thought. We usually do one water park each visit since the main parks are our focus.
Did you make any PS's? Tell them it is your honeymoon. Some do special things.
Lastly I would call right now for the Luau. They book fast and can be booked 2 years in advance. Have fun!

Thanks for the help. Actually, I was using DS as an abrieviation for Disney Studios. I'm not sure where I picked that abrieviation up at, but I will edit the post to say MGM.
I'm glad you mentioned the honeymoon PS "extras." I will call those all in this evening after school. I knew that the Luau can be booked well in advance...just procrastinating.

My suggestion is to NOT do an early morning activity (Sunrise Safari) the morning after Pleasure Island...especially if you plan to stay at PI until 2am!!!
