My fiance and I are thinking about going to Marriott Orlando World Center for our honeymoon. Is this a nice place to stay? I've never been to Orlando, but I have heard a lot of good things about this hotel, I need some help! We want to stay somewhere really nice since this is our honeymoon. Is there anywhere else you would suggest? Thanks!

how much are spending per night - if it is between $139 and $154 you can get WL for the same price - with the discount code - just go look on mousesavers.com - and be on disney property.

Marriott World Center is a very wonderful place - but since they are not charging for parking......I don't like that

here is their site
http://www.marriottworldcenter.com/index.html

however if anyone is paying with marriott rewards program - yes stay here a very lovely hotel.

What is a WL? Why don't u like that they dont charge for parking? Just curious??

boy did I get that wrong - Marriott's World center lately started TO charge for parking - like $8 a day - and $15 if you valet....

I don't like that and I will not stay there until they change their policy.

the Universal hotels charge for parking - but hey you can walk to the Universal parks from their hotels.

you can't walk to any theme park from Marriott's World Center - also the Marriott I have stayed out the charge for using the bus was pretty high. Now I haven't stay at that Marriott - but was told at one point that guests at the hotel don't have to paid anything to ride their bus (timeshare owners do) - but I would check it out first - call the resort - ask if you will have to pay for parking and also the bus service - will it be free for you (so you don't need a car if they do charge for parking).

Wl - is Disney's Wilderness Lodge a beautiful resort if you are not from the West Mountain (Pacific Mountian)

then I would go with Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - also in the same price range. (savanah rooms might be higher).

the Marriott's World Center is a beautiful resort - I just don't like them charging their guests for parking - this is a dangerous thing to do - pretty soon all the hotels (including Disney) might decide that is an okay policy.

but as I say if you are using reward points -go for it!!!!
