Honeymoon Help!!!

Ok so we are doing a Disney Honeymoon (fiances first time!) But I wanted to do something special for fiance when we got there are a gift. I was thinking maybe one of those cruises for illuminations or I woulda loved to get a brick thing engraved (think they are sold out). Not looking to spend TONS of money but just something thoughtful. Not the type of couple who would wear the honeymoon ears, or pin, but want to make it special in a different way.

I was thinking about getting a preferred room at hotel as well - how do I do this? When do I call to request?

Here are some of the stuff that I have planned for our Disneymoon

-Carriage Ride
-Chocolate Covered Strawberries one night back at our room (you could get champagne too)

What resort are you staying at? At most you can pay extra for a preferred room, but that just means you are closer to everything.

DisneyFlorist.com has gift baskets and things as well.

You could order a cake one night.

How did you arrange the Chocolate covered strawberries if you don't mind sharing. It sounds like a nice treat to come home back to after a long day at the parks.

Well we are staying CL at a Deluxe resort so the concierge is making the arrangements, but I got the idea from someone who just ordered it from room service before they went and scheduled it to be delivered on a certain night. A couple travel reports I've read have had it waiting in the room when they came back one night.

You can probably contact the concierge desk at whatever resort you are staying at and ask them. Or call in-room dining and ask.

I know at Animal Kingdom Lodge they are zebra striped strawberries, which I thought was cute.
