I just recently tried a really yummy recipe that I found at Giant (our local grocery store has a chef that prepares a new main course each week to try with some sale item)
First you fully cook your boneless porkchops (I like thin sliced) in butter in your pan until they are browned. Remove them and turn down the heat a bit and squirt in about 1/2 cup of honey in the pan and scrape up all the good yummy brown stuff in it, then add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and let them heat up in the honey. Stir them around a bit then use the honey/pecan mix to glaze your porkchops.
YUM! I especially love when the honey and pecans get cool in the pan and after dinner I eat the rest.
I have never posted on the cooking board and I hope you all don't mind I just thought this was a super easy recipe that some would like. Have a nice day.
