About 3 years ago at DLR there was a little boy in a big wheelchair and many people with lots of equipment. In that case they allowed the equipment to be wheeled in. Check with WDW beforehand as they might make an exception. I nevr forget that as I never seen so much stuff before, it was at the nurse's station when hurt my knee I think.
