Okay- I have only cruised twice (Fantasy and Dream) and we were midship inside state rooms both times. No issues, no motion sickness.
We are a bit late to the game booking a cruise in October on the wish. We were originally hoping to try ocean view or verandah BUT we need 3 rooms total, 2 rooms which will only have 1 adult traveler. (There is no circumstance that these two acquaintances would be sharing a room) therefore we need to consider inside state rooms for cost savings given that they are paying essentially double.
The room choices are slim. There is deck 2 (I’ve never been below 8) and deck 6 forward.
At first glance 6 is more appealing but one of the grandmas is very worried about sea sickness. What’s your take on 6 forward vs 2?
I should add that they will be heavily dependent on the escalators. They could do 1-2 floors of stairs but that would be it probably.
Thanks for the help.
