Homewood Suites - Shuttles

Just wondering if anyone has stayed at the Homewood Suites LBV or the WDW(Maingate) Homewood Suites and knows anything about their shuttle service? I know that Hilton properties generally have very good transportation services (my partner works at one), and I have read that they have "scheduled shuttle service" throughout the day. I'm just wondering how this service is? Is it convenient to use?

I am looking for information about good and bad shuttle service also! Someone help!

I will need transportation to the parks and back and forth from Orlando airport. Is it possible to do this or do we really need to rent a car and pay for parking?

Also someone mentioned breakfast in the motels as a way of saving money. Any motel chains offer that?
