Homeward Bound

So Dominion is my Gas company. We have one option for Gas Company, they are it. They turned my gas off today in error, it was supposed to be my neighbors gas. My gas bill is next to nothing and UP TO DATE.
I call them and speak to one of the most awful people in the world. She gave me the biggest run around and tells me AFTER she figured out I'm not my neighbor that I would have to pay to have it turned back on
FOUR supervisors later, my gas will be back on sometime between 8AM and 11PM tomorrow.

I'm so sorry to hear about this!
We also use gas for heating (many in my area use oil) and I can't imagine being without hot water.

I hope that they show up early in the day!

I couldn't believe it myself!
Most of the companies usually give you a time frame of 8 to 5, which I still feel is ridiculous.

Yes, they are not charging me for the next cycle. I looked at what my bill was for last year at this time $22.11. I was thinking they should comp me a month in the WINTER!

my winter and summer bills are the same
since we heat the house in the winter
and AC and heat the POOL in summr
