I am back from my first date in 93703195783012345
and it was wonderful!

We went to Longhorn (so a cheap date night, too
since we still have money/gift cards there)

I had this absolutely yummy salad
and I am a plain kinda girl
and this one was NOT
it had grapes, mandarain oranges, walnuts, strawberries
and FETA cheese with a raspberry vinagrette dressing
on greens

it is SO not what I would usually order
but I am so glad I did!
I had chicken, too
DH had a full rack of ribs
which he will get to finish tomorrow

I was all set to get the huge dessert
and then I was too full.....
stupid planning on my part!

We rented a movie instead of going to one

I know most of you have probably seen it by now
but we rarely get to the movies....


it was really good
and a tear jerker!
