I hope that you don't mind, but I will tell you what we do at home when we feel a cold coming on. Lots of drinks, especially OJ and tea. Vitamin C and echinacea, 3x a day. Go to sleep early!!

we rode in it!!! It was incredible! I have a major major fear of heights and I finally got talked into it and I wished that it would have been longer!
