he actually called 911
and the police responded in minutes (local guy, second day on the job)
he made notes
said he would contact the animal control officer
DH has seen the dogs attack another dog
and the neighbors own child needed stitches from one of the dogs on Easter
(we aren't sure which dog bit him)
the police said they had no other complaints
the problem is, everyone has been"neighborly" and not reported issues....
oh, and DD's have been instructed they are NOT to go into the neighbors yard at all....
call her on the phone to come play
no more asking at the door
which we usually prefer
DH always say , WALK OVER and ask them to playkids don't need to be on the phone and lazy
my mom called
had to go relate the dog story to her
she is a nurse
and the calmest person EVER
and I just realized
I didn't wish her a Happy Mother's Day today
(visited yesterday)
