We are looking at buying a new house and one of the houses we are looking at is "Homepath" qualified. Has anyone done a Homepath mortgage? If so, how was it? Is there anything we should know in advance? Also, are there any income restrictions? We make about 150% of the median income for our county, so I'm wondering if there are income limitations.
