Homecomin Reservations

I have everything I want for my May trip including hard to get ones such as CRT PPO breakfast, Be Our Guest dinner and OHana dinner.

But I am having a tough time with Chef Art Smiths Homecomin. Currently the night I want has zero availability and my second choice night has only 945pm for dinner. Does this make sense that this is harder to get than CRT and BOG? I’ve been trying continuously since my 180 days. Is it possible they haven’t released reservations or is there another way to make them with the restaurant directly?

Both times I ate there I didn't have a reservation. I just walked up and had a short wait. I don't think an ADR is essential here.

Have you checked on Open Table? Many Disney Springs restaurants have availability there when the Disney system shows none. I think the non Disney owned places only give Disney a small percentage of reservations available.

Yes thank you. I did check Open Table but they are not a part of that service. I guess if I can’t get an ADR, I will try just walking up as you did.

Depending on the size of your party , you can eat at the bar. Based on our experiences at DS, try to avoid Friday and Saturday nights. They tend to be the most crowded. We did a walk up but it was for lunch.I know the night we went for dinner ( had an ADR on a Monday) they were accepting walkup with a wait.

So I am guessing that Homecomin only releases a few reservations to Disney and the rest is walk in? Otherwise it doesn’t seem to make sense as since my 180 for May trip there has been zero availability for dinner on most nights and others have a 410 or 945pm only. I am sure it didn’t book up faster than BOG or CRT did, both of which I got at 180 days.

I just checked now a bunch of random dates out to September and found mostly nothing available or 410 and 945pm only.
