Hello! Yes I have been MIA for over a week now but I have been busy... Off to Lake George Elvis Fest tomorrow morning... UGG! Not so bright and WAY to early! I'll probably be up by 4:30am... I will be requiring several cups of Tim Hortons before I get behind the wheel for 6 hours or so. Okay now off to work and then an evening of packing.
I am not so sure Cathleen will even go to bed
If I know her she is not packed and I know she works tonight
I wondered why everyone thought I left today
No we all leave at 6 a.m. ish tomorrow !!!!Oh by the way Dan I called to make sure each group would be on the same floor of the hotel, not all on the same floor just each group !!Having the guys on different floors could be a NIGHTMARE
She wasn't too thrilled and I soon found out that Elvis music would quickly wear out it's welcome! I got up by 4am, packed up the car, made sure Cathleen was awake, and saying Cathleen "awake" at 4am may be a bit of an exaggeration... but she was up at least and while she got ready I picked up Stephanie who lives at the house we work at who was going on the trip with us, then came back to get Cathleen who had coffee ready for us in my two Disney mugs for the road! We joked that Sam would have her morning cup of motor oil in her Disney mug too when we saw her
Let's just say that Sam makes coffee to wake up Sleeping Beauty... We got to the rental car place by 6am and met our other 3 passengers, we picked up another in Batavia, two more in Rochester and our final vacationer met us in Lake George, so including Cathleen and I our group of 10 was ready for 5 days of Hunka Hunka Elvis-tribute-artists!

He sat behind her in the passenger seat and told her before we got on the I-90 out of Buffalo: "You're gorgeous." I knew it would be an interesting trip, he told me smoking was bad everytime he saw me and when I asked why he never said anything to Cathleen about smoking and he said "Because it's okay for her she won't die, your gonna die if you don't stop smoking" 
I laughed every day, our group was an entertaining bunch
My mom works for Community Services and has considered going on a P&P trip, but she hasn't done it yet, so I'm encouraging her to come read this too. My younger brother lives in a Community Services group home as well and we're hoping he'll be able to go on a trip when he's a little older. You plans sound great so far. My Mom is curious as to what agency (s?) you work for, if you don't mind me asking.
