Dan: Bet the kids still loved it. My DD was really into Thomas when she was younger -- and my visions of tea parties/playing with dolls had to put on hold after she discovered her brother's train set - then it was all about Thomas, Thomas, Thomas!!

BTW: I'm just upstate NY originally - Rochester - so not too far from you and Rosie

I was just in Rochester yesterday for work... My DD7 isn't really into Thomas like the little one and says Thomas is for babies but she still had fun, she even got a Thomas tattoo on her arm. I was joking around that Thomas was for babies and asked her if she was gonna show her friends her Thomas tattoo. She said she was gonna wear long sleeves to school the next day

Kids - they still want the fun/but think they can't admit to it as they think it makes them look like babies!!

I totally agree - they are beautiful!!! I LOVE little boy haircuts. At least Noah looks happy, my DS would cry when getting his haircut - it was agonzing for me at the time, but now I enjoy teasing him about it (he's 19). He would yell stuff like "Ow, you're HURTING me when my friend hadn't EVEN started!! Then he would say afterwards, "well it wasnt so bad".

Kids - it's a wonder why I don't have grey hair ....

I think Dan is busy planning Lake George Trip !! So I thought I better bump this up !! We leave for Lake George in 9 days !!!

Hello! Yes I have been MIA for over a week now but I have been busy... Off to Lake George Elvis Fest tomorrow morning... UGG! Not so bright and WAY to early! I'll probably be up by 4:30am... I will be requiring several cups of Tim Hortons before I get behind the wheel for 6 hours or so. Okay now off to work and then an evening of packing.
