Home rental in Windsor Westside?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a specific home in this area? We are going down in the summer with a group of 14 and biting the bullet for the first time renting a home. The process is so stressful though! Has anyone dealt with an owner named April? She has a number of homes listed on vrbo that she said she manages for her family as they all own different homes each in the development. It just seems hard to decide if you can trust the person or if you're getting scammed! That red awning thread is scary!!

We are always onsite people so this will be a new experience for us. For the cost, we need to do a home rental because it would not be financially feasible for everyone to stay onsite unfortunately. Plus, assuming the pictures are accurate, these homes look amazing! And I look forward to a little privacy too

Most of the units are fine. I would just make sure to contact the owner, use VRBO as the transaction platform, and enjoy. If it redirects you to another site, then you know it is a scam. I have had no issue going through VRBO, FlipKey, eBay, etc.
