My DH had the same thing done on one of his eyes (all 3 procedures at once) and hes vision is now perfect.

Try to get some sleep. If your anything like me, you spent the night watching Kevin and making sure he slept in the correct position!

John, thanks for keeping us updated about Kevin's progress. It is a true measure of your dedication to this audience. Please tell Kevin that my family is rooting for a quick recovery.

As a side note, my mom is an eye doctor and I worked as an optician for 12 years before becoming a nurse. I have seen how scary it is for a patient to face the prospect of losing his/her vision. I thought you might want to know that Florida is a region of the United States with a reputation of having some of the best opthalmologists in the country. It sounds like Kevin's doctor did a very thorough job and gave him the best chance of a complete recovery.

Here is a corny joke that I hope can amuse you guys during this time:
