I think I remember reading on the message boards about getting the lime green mickey paint chips, do you attach these to your bags to state you are a DIS boards member?
Also I thought Dec was supposed to be a quiet time to go, I am seeing on here that rooms are booking up. We are going Dec 7-12 and I hope its not to crazy!!!!
Hope to earn my ears by then!!!

Oh and yes that time frame in the House of the Mouse is fun! You get to see all kinds of decorations and special parades. AND usually it is quiet. Don't go by the dates that seem to be open on-line call DIS in person you might get better help!

Join the group! Hubby let's me talk about it only cause he knows the stress attached to this trip for me! I have been turned into trip planner and Mom expects that everything will be perfect. I remember using these boards for our trip 10 years ago (forgot my screen name though & had to start over) and saving over 1,000

There are tons of ideas of what to do with them. Most folks will basically either remove from backing .. or just cut them out (very carefully) -- I have soaked mine in water briefly and they slip right off then I squish them between 2 phone books to stop them from curling. Next stick them back to back and laminate them! the easiest way is to just cut the corners rounded and then stick together followed by some mac-tac. OH if'n you want your name or screen name write it on BEFORE you laminate them. Then the world is your oyster. punch holes in them and sting with GREEN yarn, attach to stroller, backpack, luggage, camera bag, etc I even pinned one on back of DD so she couldn't pull it off.

Just wanted to say and !! Glad you are here! I stumbled upon this boards a couple of months ago and let me tell you I am addicted!!! It has helped me plan sooo much for our trip in April! So much stuff I did not know! I went a snagged lots of HDLGMH! I am thinking of making some into magents for my door at POP! Anyways, good to see a new face! Have fun your trip will be here before you know it!!

We'll be there the same days as you. Staying at AKL. I still have to buy my LGMHPCs, but I'll have them for our trip!

Thanks for the replys everyone!!! Have fun at the AKL it is supposed to be amazing we would have booked there but we opted to be on the monarail with our kids being so young and all. They do a special on it on Great Hotels on the Travel chanel. Have a great time, hopefuly we all will not freeze!!!
