I could be wrong, but I suspect this photo was taken using a zoom of at least 2:1. Nothing wrong with that of course, and I don't deny the view from CRV will be sweet. But I think some people would like to know what they can expect to see from their balcony with the naked eye.

I have watched the fireworks from the Concourse at CR a few times so I have a good idea of the distance of the castle..., but I never have seen the view from that height. It is breathtaking.

No "supposedly" about it. As a bit of background, the person who discovered them on the architect's site was a DIS member (Tink71 IIRC) and the information was first published here. A couple days later, you started to see other Disney sites put up these images that "they" had found...

It would be nice to have the option of staying there but I do agree it looks like something out of the Jetsons.
