Hollywood & Vine Lunch - What characters?

I think I read somewhere that Special Agent Oso was there for lunch - we have a lunch ressie in 3 weeks and I really hope so because DS who just turned 3 has always loved Oso! Anyone whose been recently can comment on what characters were there?

We booked a lunch there in October... My son is going to FLIP as long as Oso is there... Any time he trips, falls off of something etc he says "All part of the plan more or less". Ha ha.

Should be a good time, and I understand that Handy Manny is there.
