Hollywood & Vine - Is OSO there?

I have a friend who just made a ressie for H&V. She is thinking that OSO is there as that is her little girls favorite character. I don't think that is the case and I would hate for them to be disappointed. This is their first trip to WDW.

Please let me know if there has been a change in characters.

I still don't know who Oso is. But the reports here are that he has been there since October 3.

Yes he should be there. Somewhere on here is a thread with a picture of him at the character breakfast.
