Does anyone have a recent review of the Hollywood & Vine dinner? Thanks in advance!

All I have is that I was talking to another guest last week while we were in a line and got talking about where we had eaten. His trip was almost done so he had 6 or 7 TS under his belt and said H & V was by far the worst. He'd never go back and never recommend it. We moved on to happier and better choices so I don't recall the particulars.

BTW, his best, or most surprising, was Tusker House.

we went this past summer...and we werent all that upset with what we had....we plan on doing it again in May with five adult and two munchkins....it is a buffet and the kids like that plus using it for Fantasmic pkg....

Remember we are all so different in our likes and dislikes.....we found something there we could eat

Thank you for the reviews. I know I am not a Tusker House fan so that helps. I already made the reservation so I guess I will find out but it is good to hear someone went and is actually willing to go back. I just want to try something new for my quick Christmas trip.

If you go in expecting a typical buffet, you'll be fine. My party of 4 adults ate there in March (we only chose it so that we could take advantage of the Fantasmic package). Was it the best food we had of the trip? No way, not by a long shot. Did we all find things that we thought were good, and we were able to fill up on? Yes, definitely. There were some things that were sooooo good. There were things we didn't care for. It's like that at any buffet you go to. Just keep your mind open, and don't expect it to be something that it's not. Because it's a buffet.

I dined there recently with friends. It's a very standard buffet, but for eating on Disney property, I figure you can go to better buffets for the price they charge.

I was also super nervous. We were there this past Sept and I had read so many reviews about it. I thought we should try it for ourselves. I thought it was okay. We did the fantasmic package with it. I don't know if I would do it without it. It really wasn't that bad, we just had other places we liked better.
