Hello....we have ADR's for breakfast ...how is the food and which Characters are there?:confused3 Any info appreciated....... :flower3:

We were just there on 9/22 for a 10:30 am reservation. We arrived about 5 minutes early waited about 20 minutes or so to be seated. The food was just ok...nothing great. We all liked the eggs, waffles and pancakes. All the characters had just passed our table when we got there so we waited long after we were done eating for DS to get to see each one. The service was horrible, we never got our drinks refilled and we were there for a good hour. He also pointed the gratuity out to us twice...but never serviced us? We were not happy with our meal. DS loved it though.

Oh and JoJo and Goliath from JoJo's Circus and Leo and June from the Little Einsteins were there. I believe they are the standard characters.

As mentioned JoJo & Goliath are the main ones.

Funny thing... a couple of visits ago the family was tired, and since I am an early riser and was driving my wife crazy she insisted I let everybody sleep in and sent me out early so as to not wake anybody up. I thought DHS (then MGM) had EMH @ 8, but it turned out to be another park... bad mistake. So I am at MGM waiting for park entry, when I decided to call Disney Dining to get a breakfast ADR. All they had at MGM was this breakfast w/ JoJo. I took it, and it was one of the most awkward moments of my life... a 34 year old grown man eating breakfast w/ JoJo!!! I am quite sure everybody wondered what kind of weirdo I must be. My wife still laughs at me to this day. The food was really bad. If the kids love the characters, that may be the only redeeming quality. Good luck!!!

We ate at H&V earlier this month, and it was our favorite meal all trip. My DD (2.5) loves the Little Einsteins, so she got a kick out of meeting them and participating in the dance party.

When we were there, it was really uncrowded -- the restaurant was maybe 1/3-1/2 full, and it was great! Each character made it around to our table at least twice. We also quite liked the food. Breakfast is pretty basic, but they did have a cheesy potato casserole that was delicious! Our ADR was for 11:20, so we got to try both breakfast and lunch foods. Lunch is definitely better, but I thought the breakfast food was pretty good.

With us, keeping the refills flowing is a huge factor in the type. Depending on how parched and po'd we were, we probably would have kept the tip to a minimum or not at all.

We had breakfast there on September 20th. We loved it. The food was good and the character Interaction was great! We will def. go back next year. The kids love dancing around with Jo Jo and Goliath.

Hi......thanks for all the info.....DD3 loves little einsteins and Jo Jo and Goliath so I think we will have a good time....she loves to sing and dance...hopefully the breakfast food will be OK, seems like it could go either way with the food.... :flower3:

We went in August for a late breakfast. I believe it was around 10:30 or so. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Our service was great, we had a very nice waitress. Character interaction was great! We saw each character twice during their rotations. And they were busy, each table appeared to be full. Our older daughters also enjoyed the dancing with the characters. And the food was pretty good! Standard breakfast fare, but we enjoyed it.

I went into this meal a little leary after reading the reviews here..but we really did enjoy it!

We ate at H&V earlier this month, and service was great...the food predictable but tasty ...and the desserts were wonderful
in fact we eat there each trip and have NEVER been disappointed-- we always go for dinner and get the Fantasmic pkg--:thumbsup2
