Hollywood & Vine breakfast at 11am?

I'm confused. The other day I made PS for H&V for the latest breakfast and she gave me 11am. Now I saw that someone in another thread has lunch at 11:10, we only get 10 minutes to eat breakfast then? I know they wouldn't kick us out but I still want to eat breakfast food not lunch. Should we arrive early?

We got there at 11 for our PS and they were setting up lunch but still had breakfast items...We were told to do both if we so desired. We did.

I had a ton of breakfast food and some lunch food and we stayed there for an hour. There was plenty of choices.
