We booked Hollywood & Vine for 8am breakfast (Dec) & also want to sign up for Jedi Training...I a, assuming I can leave my husband but take the boys to sign up & then come back to breakfast if we are not done by 9?

Yes you will be fine doing that, but I think you will all be done in time to leave. Just ask for the bill right away when you get seated and pay it. I found that the characters are very fast to come around first thing in the morning.
