I agree with others about changing your days around so you're sleeping in Anaheim for your Disneyland days. We did a split stay in June. We stayed in the LA area for 2 nights, then moved to Anaheim for the rest of our trip (5 nights).
You could even keep your room at the Roosevelt but sleep one night around Disneyland. Even if you aren't in the resort area, like 15 minutes way, that would be SO much better than trying to get back to Hollywood. You'd also have more park time & it wouldn't be as stressful.
The only other thing I can think of besides uber is to look for a shuttle, the kind usually used to and from airports. If you could find a service like that you wouldn't have to worry about finding a car because it would be pre arranged. But there's still the LA traffic to contend with. I used Sunny's in May for the airport, and their website lists both Hollywood and Disneyland as places they service, you could look into that.
