What is the best place for dinner (TS credit) at Hollywood Studios? Our trip is not until Dec.08 so we have plenty of time to decide.;)

The only place that we would eat at would be 50's..it is super good. Other than that I would go to Epcot and eat there.

The only place we like is Mama Melrose (we skip ALL other establishments--including counter service).

The best really is Brown Derby, but if on DDP its 2 TS credits. Love the food and atmosphere. Have also had good meals at Mama Melrose and Sci-Fi, but others have had issues(as with everything). Have not done Prime time for about 8 years and then it was just ok. Can't comment on recent stuff. I think this park has slim pickin's was meals. CS is fair to mediocre also.
I'd take the boat to Boardwalk or BC&YC instead.

Did not have a good expericence at mama melrose
bad service
jammed in a small table in corner
and food was luke warm at best

Thank you all so much. I think maybe we will try 50s Prime Time.

We love the Sci-Fi because of the different atmosphere.

Yours is a wide open question and I'm sure you'll get votes for all the restaurants. I hear good and bad about them all. I would like to try 50's Prime Time someday but we can't tear ourselves away from Sci-Fi yet :hippie:

Years ago we ate at Mama Melrose's and were not impressed. We ate at the Sci-Fi on our last trip and got a huge kick out of it. The cheesy alien movie clips are a scream! The food didn't knock our socks off, but it was still good. On our next trip, we are going to try Prime Time Cafe -- we've heard lots of great comments about it!

I'd agree. We didn't even want to eat at the studios at all this trip but tried Mama Melrose and loved it. The rest, not so much.

the only 2 I would recommend are the sci-fi which we all loved, its a fun, very different dining experience...great ribs !! the other is the 50's prime time which is a real blast and love the "home cookin' kind of menu...food is delicious. i agree on skipping the CS there, not very goiod.
