Hollywood Studios to Grand Floridian?

I'm going to be staying at ASMo, but want to do tea at the Grand Floridian. I can just use the bus that takes the guests back to their resort, right? Even if I'm not staying there myself?

Dumb question, I know. But it's been five years since I've been to Disney and I know things probably change all the time.
