Hollywood Studios to Disney Springs

Dd and I will need to leave HS mid-day for a BBB appointment at DS. I'm hearing rumors that there is now bus transportation between all four parks and DS, and I'm also hearing that's not true. I'm hoping someone here will know.

There has always been Disney transportation between all four parks. What is new is a paid express transportation bus service that picks you up and drops you off backstage inside each park. There are also now buses from all four parks to Disney Springs, but they only run after 4 PM and they only run one way. They don't run back from Disney Springs to the parks. If your BBB appointment is before 4 PM, it might be easier to Uber over to Disney Springs. Otherwise you would have to transfer Disney buses at a resort.
