What is the best way to get to Disney Springs from HS? We are planning on watching Fantasmic at 7:00 and then a late dinner at Morimoto.

A cab is the best way.

If you want to take Disney transportation, you'll need to transfer at a resort. You could transfer at Pop Century or take the bus to SSR and walk from there. It won't be quick, so I wouldn't make the ADR before 9:30 or so.

My plan would be to take the boat (or walk) to Boarwalk, Yacht Club, etc and catch a bus from there.

Taxi/Uber would be quickest probably.

Scenic would be bus to Port Orleans and take the boat to Disney Springs ... probably the most time consuming though.

Boat to BW would probably take longer; not only are the boats slow, but lines get long after F!.

Bus to Pop or AoA would likely be fastest, except for cab or Uber/Lyft. Morimoto is pretty close to the new bus drop-off at DS.
