Hollywood Studios to Beaches & Cream

We have a 9:10pm reservation at Beaches & Cream (gotta try the Kitchen Sink!) on our Hollywood Studios Day. Park closes at 7:30 with Fantasmic at 8pm. I have a few questions that I hope someone can answer:

1. Do you think we will have time to see Fantasmic and walk or take the boat over to B&C by 9:10pm?
2.How long is Fantasmic and how difficult will it be to bolt out to the exit?

You can make it by walking FAST,probably not by boat though.

Fantasmic! is 30 minutes which leaves you 40 minutes which is time to walk to B&C from the F! Theater.

The line at the boat is LARGE after F!,so unless you got on the first boat out,the boat would not work.

Fantasmic lasts approximately 27 minutes. Enter the amphitheater as standby and not Fp+ and you can sit in one of the the top right sections of the amphitheater. Exit out to the right as soon as the show ends.

Walking quickly to BC will take about 20 minutes.

If a guest enters with a FP+, that guest can then choose to sit anywhere that's still open, other than the Dining Pkg. reserved area.

All Fp+ holders were directed to the left sections as the two center sections were roped off for Dining guests. All standby were directed to the right at the stroller parking area.

They weren't allowed to cut across the roped Dining area. Even for the 2nd show, Fp+ was not allowed to sit in the Dining section but standby guests were allowed to sit there.

Even with my Fp+, I couldn't choose to sit anywhere in the left sections - each section is filled one by one. In order to sit in the front of the Beast section, a CM would request a Manager so that I could receive permission to walk over and then sit in the Beast section.

Another note - the boat dock is at a very awkward point of Beach Club and took us a lot of maneuvering to get through - that was about 10 minutes too!

I'd walk to be sure.

Even if you got on the first boat, I don't believe it would be any faster. The boat has to make two stops before Beach Club, with a fully loaded boat that eats up the mins unloading. Plus there could be people waiting for the boats to go to Epcot, more time involved. There has a been a few times we've gotten on a boat with time to spare, only to be in stuck in open water waiting for another boat to leave a dock.
