Hollywood Studios plan - am I being reasonable?

I am having a terrible time planning out our Hollywood Studios day. It's our arrival day, HS' layout is weird, and we have a couple of reservations that are time-sensitive. Most of our other days are pretty loose. We have FPs but we don't do a lot of ADRs, no character meets, shows, etc. We're not our best selves when we're super rushed.

I know something could go wrong with the flight/Magical Express/whatever. I'm okay with that! We can go with the flow - whatever happens, we'll adjust.

Our flight is scheduled to arrive in Orlando at 10:30. I already did online check in for the hotel, and we have active Magic Bands, so I think we can take the Magical Express to our hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and then get right on the bus for Hollywood Studios. Am I being too optimistic in thinking we could be to Hollywood Studios by 1:30? And if 1:30 seems reasonable, how does the plan below seem?

Immediately upon arrival, time permitting, stop in at the HBD Lounge for a drink. We have priorities.

1:55 FP RNRC for my husband only. He can walk over there fast :) My son & I will go to the Launch Bay to look around while we wait.

2:55 FP for Star Tours

time permitted we'll hit Path of the Jedi on our way to ADR 4:00 50s Prime Time Cafe. (Is Path of the Jedi even worth it?)

5:15 Voyage of the Little Mermaid show - I got FP for this so we can get there between 4:55 - 5:10

Jingle Bell Jingle BAM Dessert Party - check-in time starts at 5:30. Opens at 5:45. Fireworks start at 6:45. Do we need to be here exactly on time? The VOTLM show is 20 minutes long so I was thinking we could go from that to the Dessert Party - they're near each other.

If that doesn't seem possible to you, I'm open to suggestion. Thanks for taking the time to help me out!!

I'd change RnRC to earlier: 1:15 or so as you have an hour and 15 minutes to get to the ride. Then also move up Star Tours. Prime Time might take more than an hour.

Mermaid show to the dessert party gives you plenty of time for desserts. Are you sure you want a TS dinner that close to the dessert party?

If dinner runs long, plan to miss Mermaid.

As Hiro said that ADR at Prime Time is pretty close to the dessert party. I know they serve a ton of food there.

I highly doubt you'll make Little Mermaid. Your 4:00 ADR does not mean you will be seated at 4:00. You might be, but it might be 4:15 or 4:30. Then you have to order, wait, and eat. If there's no other FP+ you want, I'd keep it in case you do make it.
