It was, in my opinion, the most magical day of our trip! We arrived at 7:40am. Plan was to arrive around 8, but we got to the bus stop (from AoA) earlier than I planned, and the bus ride only took 7 minutes. Our goal was to get the first Jedi Trainkng Academy show, so I knew we had to get there early. We were the first family at the "turnstiles." The opening was just us standing and facing the crowd with a movie slat board. At 8:30 we opened the park. We said "3, 2, 1, open!" And we were done! Everyone headed towards Jedi, TSM, and RnR. They stopped us just past Hollyood and Vine. Two cast members held a Jedi Training banner to the left of the sidewalk. To the right was Star Tours, but no one lined up. By 8:45 there were literally a hundred people in line. At 8:50ish the welcome announcement played, and they walked us over to the sign ups. We were first in line still and got the 9:15 show. By the time the boys were done with that show at 9:30, people were still in line for sign ups. There's no way you could have arrived at 8:30 or later and have gotten through the line in time to get the first two shows. Will post pics as soon as I get them from my sisters phone!
