Hollywood Studios- Disney junior

Hi. I’m planning a trip to Disney in January. I’ll be going with my 20 month old daughter and my 4.5 year old niece. My niece really loves Disney junior (princess Elena, princess Sophia, Doc McStuffins, etc), so my sister wants to make sure we go to Hollywood Studios because she said she heard that’s where they have more Disney Jr things.

However, I’ve been looking at the attractions there, and it doesn’t appear that there’s much Disney junior there. Is it just that the actual characters are there? Or are there rides and attractions that are Disney Jr themed?

Has anyone been there recently and can clarify? If we decide to do Hollywood Studios, we’ll have to get park hopper passes and go in the morning before Magic Kingdom, and I’d rather not go, if it’s not going to be worth the money or hassle.

There is a show where Jake, Doc, and Sofia help Mickey plan a party for Minnie. I wouldn't go just for the Disney junior stuff if that is all you are interested in.

Yes, there's a Disney Jr puppet show (~20min long) - my kids enjoyed it they get to sing/shout along...but I didn't enjoy sitting on the floor

There are also some meet & greets with Sophia and Jake (I think?) as well as the Hollywood and Vine restaurant has Disney Jr characters, but I think only for breakfast now, with Minnie and Friends for lunch.

My grandchildren really enjoyed HS - older one's favourite was TSM. 3/4 year old loved the Disney Junior show, we all loved the Frozen Show.

When I took my daughter last year when she was two, HS was one of the highlights of our trip. Her excitement when she saw Doc Mcstuffins at the Character Meet was priceless. We also enjoyed the Frozen sing along. For our family, it's a do not miss.
